What does RWS do in-house?

Which processes does RWS manage through partners?

CNC machining, laser cutting, forming, tube bending, powder coating, and additional finishing are supplied through established partners and managed by RWS. You get one quote and one accountable contact instead of coordinating multiple vendors.

What equipment does your robotic welding cell use?

A FANUC ArcMate 120iC in an enclosed dual-station cell, paired with a Fronius TPS 400i power source (CMT/PMC processes). It welds steel, stainless steel, and aluminum within an envelope of roughly 48 x 30 inches.

What kinds of production programs do you support?

Prototype and first-article support through repeat and high-volume production, including recurring production programs and repeat welded assemblies. Capacity is evaluated according to part geometry, tooling, process, and schedule.

Do you offer robotic TIG welding?

No. Our robotic welding is MIG. We also weld in-house with a laser welder for suitable components, thin materials, and continuous seams.

Can you work from a sample instead of drawings?

Yes. Our reverse engineering support turns existing parts into CAD models and manufacturing drawings.

Does RWS provide stamped engineering drawings?

RWS provides manufacturing engineering support, including drawing review, DFM, CAD assistance and fixture design. Professional engineering stamps or regulated engineering certification are provided only when specifically arranged and stated for a project.
